We are looking for a Document Controller / Data Entry Operator to support our office operations in Dubai. The candidate will handle data entry, manage company documents, and ensure records are accurate and well organized.
Roles & Responsibilities: • Enter and update data accurately in company systems • Maintain, organize, and control physical and digital documents • File, scan, and archive records properly • Prepare basic reports and documents when required • Handle emails and assist with day-to-day office paperwork • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company information • Support administrative tasks as assigned by management
Requirements: • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel) • Good attention to detail and organization skills • Basic English communication • UAE experience is an advantage but not mandatory
