We are a company specializing in energy renovation and energy-efficiency solutions, and we are currently expanding our sales team in Dubai.
We are looking for Spanish-speaking Telesales Agents who are motivated, persuasive, energetic, and highly results-driven.
🚀 Your Mission
You will contact potential customers by phone using leads and customer databases provided by the company.
Your objective will be to identify interested customers, explain our services, qualify prospects, and generate as many business opportunities as possible.
For eligible customers, our energy renovation projects may benefit from government grants and subsidy programs, which can significantly reduce or potentially cover the cost of the work.
📋 Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to potential customers.
* Contact leads provided by the company.
* Present our energy renovation services clearly and professionally.
* Identify and qualify interested customers.
* Generate new business opportunities.
* Follow up with potential customers.
* Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
* Keep customer information and call results up to date.
👤 Requirements
* Fluent or native Spanish – mandatory.
* Excellent telephone communication skills.
* Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
* Confident, persuasive, and motivated personality.
* Results- and target-oriented mindset.
* Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
* Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, call centers, or customer acquisition is preferred.
* Available to work on-site in Business Bay, Dubai.
💼 Salary and Benefits
* Minimum monthly salary: AED 7,000.
* With performance-based bonuses and commissions, total monthly earnings can reach up to AED 15,000.
* Office-based position in Business Bay, Dubai.
