We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Tele sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products/services, generating leads, and converting inquiries into sales.
Key Responsibilities:• Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.• Maintain good customer relationships through professional communication.• Update customer details and call records in the system.• Handle customer queries and provide timely support.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in tele sales, sales, or customer service is preferred
.• Good communication and negotiation skills
.• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage (Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada)
• Candidates with UAE sales experience will be preferred.
