For over 26 years, we have been dedicated to sourcing and selling high-quality tea and coffee. We work with our own production facilities and long-term partners in Belgium, China, Russia, and Germany.
Our stores offer guests more than 200 varieties of tea and over 150 varieties of coffee beans from around the world. Responsibilities:
- Process and manage online orders through the company system
- Contact customers by phone to confirm orders and delivery details
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, website chat, email, and social media
- Assist customers with product selection and provide professional recommendations
- Create and process orders received through WhatsApp, phone calls, and other communication channels
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall online sales growth
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue
- Resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of service
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams regarding order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate customer and order records in ERP and CRM systems
- Support promotional campaigns and special online sales activities
- Provide feedback on customer requests, market trends, and improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Fluent English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to achieve sales targets
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
- Confident computer skills
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or order management systems is an advantage
- Genuine interest in sales and delivering outstanding customer service
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
