An established company is currently seeking a motivated, customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join the team. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining customer satisfaction by providing professional assistance, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Candidates who are enthusiastic, confident, and willing to learn are encouraged to apply. Freshers are welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat in a professional manner
- Assist customers with product, service, or account-related concerns
- Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions within company guidelines
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system
- Handle customer requests, follow-ups, and service coordination
- Provide clear and accurate information about company products and services
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor customer feedback and report recurring issues to management
- Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients at all times
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
