We are looking for a reliable, professional, and long-term Control Room Operator to join our growing security operations team.
Our business has been operating successfully in the UK for over 15 years, and we are now expanding our operations from our office based in Business Bay, Dubai.
The role involves monitoring day-to-day security operations, handling client communications, dispatching officers, and responding to incidents and alarm activations. Applicants must be confident speaking on the phone, managing multiple tasks, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Duties:
• Responding to client emails and telephone calls professionally
• Handling alarm response calls and dispatching security officers/mobile patrols
• Monitoring ongoing incidents and updating clients accordingly
• Managing and supporting security staff on shift
• Logging incidents and maintaining accurate reports
• Coordinating officer movements and shift coverage
• Monitoring CCTV and security systems where required
• Liaising with clients, contractors, and emergency services when necessary
• General control room administration duties
Requirements:
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Confident using computers, emails, and phone systems
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
• Professional and calm manner
• Previous security, control room, customer service, or operations experience preferred
