We are hiring Call Center Agents / Customer Service Executives for a growing company based in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain records of customer interactions
- Follow company communication guidelines
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Previous call center experience is a plus (Freshers can apply)
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
