A leading aviation organization is seeking energetic, customer-focused, and responsible Ground Staff to support daily airport operations and ensure a smooth travel experience for passengers.
The Ground Staff member plays a key role in assisting passengers from check-in to boarding, ensuring all procedures are handled efficiently, safely, and in accordance with airport standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist passengers during check-in, boarding, and arrival procedures
Verify travel documents and issue boarding passes
Provide accurate information and customer support to passengers
Coordinate with airline and airport teams for smooth operations
Handle baggage coordination and related airport services
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and service standards
Support smooth passenger flow at airport terminals
