Job Title: Customer Service & Operations Coordinator (Pest Control Industry)
We are looking for a responsible and proactive person to join our team in the pest control industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming calls from customers professionally
* Manage and reply to customer queries via WhatsApp
* Prepare and send quotations to clients
* Draft contracts and service agreements
* Understand customer complaints/issues and provide proper solutions
* Coordinate with the operations team to assign work efficiently
* Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Requirements:
* Strong communication skills (especially in English)
* Experience in customer service or similar role preferred
* Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
* Good problem-solving skills
* Knowledge or experience in pest control industry is a plus
Additional Details:
* Salary: 2000 AED
* Visa: Provided by company
* Preferred: Male candidate
