We are urgently hiring a professional and friendly Customer Service Representative for our office in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, positive attitude, and ability to handle customers professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with product or service information
- Resolve complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain customer records and update system data
- Coordinate with internal departments
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Immediate joining preferred
