Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Analyst to monitor, evaluate, and ensure the quality of sales calls. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in call auditing within a sales environment, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to provide constructive feedback to improve performance, compliance, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and evaluate sales calls on a daily basis.
• Ensure agents follow scripts, compliance guidelines, and sales processes.
• Identify errors in communication, sales approach, and customer handling.
• Prepare daily/weekly quality reports and performance analysis.
• Provide feedback and coaching to improve agent performance.
• Maintain accurate audit scores and quality records.
• Work closely with sales and operations teams to improve overall performance.
• Identify mis-selling, compliance violations, and process gaps.
• Support continuous improvement of customer experience and conversion quality.
Requirements:
• Male candidates only.
• Proven experience in Quality Control / Call Auditing (Sales domain is mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of sales call flow and customer interaction handling.
• Excellent listening, analytical, and evaluation skills.
• Ability to assess calls based on quality and compliance standards.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills.
• Good communication and feedback delivery skills.
• Must be fluent in Malayalam (mandatory).
• Good English communication skills.
• Experience in UAE/GCC is an added advantage.
• Experience in handling high-volume call auditing is a plus.
