AK Bikes is the UAE's largest pre-owned bicycle shop, based in Umm Ramool, Dubai. We buy, refurbish and sell premium branded bikes as AK Certified. 50 to 100 inquiries a day come in on WhatsApp, Instagram, the website and the phone. We are hiring a Customer Service and Appointment Setter.

PAY: AED 3,500 to 4,000 base plus a bonus for every booked appointment that shows up, uncapped. Employment visa and medical insurance provided.
HOURS: 10am to 8pm, six days a week, Mondays off, at the shop in Umm Ramool. Shifted hours possible. Reports to Arbaz day to day, Ahmed overall. Start: November.
THE JOB IN ONE LINE: you are the first reply to every customer. You answer fast, work out what they need, book them into the shop, and make sure they turn up.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Reply to every inbound lead within five minutes during shop hours, on WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, website chat, Dubizzle and calls.
- Qualify each lead: what they ride, size, budget, when they can come in. Recommend two or three bikes from live stock.
- Book appointments into the CRM with name, size, budget and notes, so the floor is ready before the customer walks in.
- Confirm the day before and remind on the day. Follow up every no-show and rebook them.
- Follow up after the sale on delivery and fitting questions, and ask happy customers for a Google review.
- Cover Arbaz's desk on his days off and work beside him the rest of the week, using and improving his call script.
WHAT GOOD LOOKS LIKE BY DAY 90: first reply under five minutes, one in four qualified leads booked, eight in ten bookings show up, and the CRM is complete every day.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Written English that is quick, clear and warm. Arabic, Hindi or Urdu is a plus.
- One or more years in a call centre, real estate lead generation, e-commerce support or a similar inbound role.
- Fast and accurate on WhatsApp and CRM tools. Organised. You follow a script and make it better.
- Reliable and on time, and you tell the team before shift start if anything changes.
- Interest in bikes is a plus. We train you on the product.
