Female CRM / Customer Relationship Executive – Arabic Speaker
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment: Full-Time
Salary: AED 3,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
We are looking for an experienced Female CRM / Customer Relationship Executive who can professionally handle customer relations, UAE National employee coordination, and MOHRE-related follow-ups.
Requirements
* Female candidate with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
* Fluent in Arabic and English
* Previous UAE experience in CRM, customer service, or client relations preferred
* Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
* Experience using CRM systems
* Good professional email, telephone, and WhatsApp communication skills
* Confident in communicating with UAE Nationals and Arabic-speaking customers
* Strong coordination, follow-up, reporting, and organizational skills
* Knowledge of MOHRE procedures and UAE National employment matters is preferred
* Presentable, confident, and professional
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and enquiries
* Communicate professionally with Arabic-speaking customers and UAE Nationals
* Coordinate with UAE National/local employees regarding assigned tasks and work-related requirements
* Assist UAE National employees with company-related queries and communication
* Coordinate and follow up on MOHRE-related matters
* Maintain customer relationships and handle complaints professionally
* Follow up on leads, pending enquiries, and customer requests
* Coordinate between customers, employees, management, and company departments
* Update and maintain information in the CRM system
* Maintain Excel sheets, records, and follow-up reports
* Monitor pending tasks and ensure timely follow-up
* Prepare regular reports and updates for management
Salary: AED 3,000 per month
