We are looking for motivated and fluent multilingual Tele calling Agents to join our team. Candidates will be responsible for contacting business leads, communicating with potential customers, and maintaining accurate call records using Google Sheets.
Key Responsibilities
Make 100–200 outbound calls per day using leads provided through Google Sheets.
Communicate with customers in Hindi, English, and South Indian regional languages.
Follow up with potential customers and share relevant information about the services.
Update call status, customer feedback, and follow-up details in Google Sheets daily.
Maintain professional communication and achieve daily calling targets.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper lead follow-up.
Required Skills
Fluency in Hindi and English is essential.
Fluency in at least one South Indian language is preferred: Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Google Sheets.
Ability to make high-volume outbound calls and maintain accurate records.
Previous tele calling or sales experience is preferred.
