Startrader is looking for Telesales Executives to join our growing financial services team in Dubai. In this role you will speak with clients and prospects by phone, explain our platforms and services, and help convert interest into sales. It suits people who are confident on calls, enjoy talking to people, and want a structured office environment with clear targets.
Full training is provided, and prior industry experience is not mandatory.
Job Details
Location: Dubai (office-based)
Working days: Monday to Friday
Timings: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Employment type: Full-time, permanent
Salary: From AED 4,000 per month [+ commission/incentives: add details]
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads and prospects and follow up on inquiries
Explain our platforms and services clearly and accurately
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
Handle client questions and assist with onboarding and basic service queries
Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM
Maintain professional, positive relationships with clients
Requirements
Good spoken English, Hindi or other languages are a plus
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable with calling, targets, and a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills
Currently in the UAE with a valid visa status [or: visa support available]
Previous sales, telesales, or customer service experience is an advantage but not required
