📞 TELE SALES CUM CUSTOMER SERVICE
We are an established automotive showroom in Dubai and are looking for a Tele Sales cum Customer Service Executive to join our team.
This is an INDOOR SHOWROOM/OFFICE POSITION.
Your main responsibility will be to receive customer calls and inquiries, provide information about our cars, follow up with interested customers and help convert inquiries into showroom visits and sales.
🔹 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Answer incoming customer calls professionally
• Handle customer inquiries regarding available cars
• Provide information about car models, prices, specifications and availability
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles
• Explain vehicle features and options clearly
• Follow up with customers who have made inquiries
• Invite customers to visit the showroom
• Arrange showroom appointments
• Maintain regular follow-up with potential customers
• Convert customer inquiries into showroom visits and sales
• Provide excellent customer service before and after the inquiry
• Coordinate with the showroom sales team
• Maintain accurate customer and follow-up records
⭐ REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for a candidate who is:
✅ Confident and professional on the telephone
✅ Excellent communication skills
✅ Customer-service oriented
✅ Sales-minded and target-oriented
✅ Energetic, positive and well-presented
✅ Good at following up with customers
✅ Comfortable handling multiple inquiries
Previous experience in tele sales, customer service, call center or automotive sales is an advantage.
🗣️ Fluent English is required.
Arabic / Hindi / Urdu and other languages are an advantage.
