A leading aviation company is looking for professional, customer-focused, and service-oriented individuals to join its airport ground operations team The successful candidates will be responsible for supporting smooth passenger handling and efficient airport operations while maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist passengers throughout check-in, boarding, and airport procedures
• Verify passenger details and travel documentation in accordance with operational requirements
• Provide clear and courteous assistance to passengers and respond to inquiries
• Support boarding gate operations and provide accurate flight-related information
• Coordinate effectively with airport and ground operations teams
• Assist with baggage-related procedures and passenger concerns
• Provide appropriate assistance to elderly passengers and passengers requiring special support
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation
• Follow all applicable airport safety, security, and operational procedures
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment at all times
CANDIDATE PROFILE
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Good computer literacy and administrative skills
• Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Previous experience in aviation, airport operations, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage
