We are looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service Employee to join our team in Dubai.

We are a newly established cleaning company based in Dubai, specializing in professional exterior building cleaning, gardening and maintenance services.
Our focus is on delivering reliable, high-quality cleaning solutions for commercial and residential properties. With a strong commitment to cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction, we aim to build long-term relationships with our clients and become a trusted partner for exterior property care across Dubai.
Your Tasks
• Provide in-person customer support face to face
• Provide customers with information about our services, including basic technical details
• Conduct sales conversations with potential customers
• Answer customer calls and messages
• Respond to customer questions and help them find the right solution
• Support the team with daily communication and organization
• Perform basic administrative and organizational tasks
• Maintain and update customer information and records
Requirements
• Good communication and sales skills
• Good English skills
• Professional and well-groomed appearance
• Comfortable communicating by phone, WhatsApp and email
• Friendly and professional attitude
• Reliable and organized
• Basic technical understanding and willingness to learn
• Basic computer skills (windows, word)
• Previous customer service or sales experience is an advantage
Experience
