## PRIVATE CHEF REQUIRED – VIP FAMILY | DUBAI
A VIP private family in Dubai is looking for an experienced Indian Private Chef to join their household immediately.
Position: Full-Time Private Chef
Location: Dubai, UAE
Accommodation: Live-in
Joining: Immediate
Nationality: Indian
Preference: South Indian background preferred
### REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate must:
- Have previous experience working as a Private Chef for a VIP/high-profile family or luxury household
- Have excellent knowledge of Carnivore and high-protein cuisine
- Be highly skilled in preparing premium steaks and different cuts of beef, including correct temperatures, seasoning, grilling, pan-searing and other cooking techniques
- Be comfortable preparing meat, chicken, fish, eggs and other high-quality protein-focused meals
- Have good knowledge of South Indian cuisine as well as international dishes
- Be able to prepare healthy meals according to the family's dietary requirements and preferences
- Discuss the daily menu directly with the head of the family, understand what the family would like to eat and plan accordingly
- Handle grocery lists, ingredient sourcing, stock management and ensure that only fresh, premium-quality ingredients are used
- Maintain extremely high standards of food hygiene, kitchen cleanliness and organization
- Be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the kitchen, cooking equipment and chef's working areas
- Be discreet, trustworthy, well-groomed, disciplined and respectful of the family's privacy
- Be flexible with working hours when required and understand the standards expected when working in a private VIP household
- Be willing to travel with the family occasionally if required
