We are seeking an experienced and skilled Indian Tandoor Chef to join our restaurant team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of authentic North / and south Indian cuisine and expertise in operating a traditional tandoor oven.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook tandoori dishes such as naan, roti, kebabs, tikka, and other Indian specialties.
Marinate meats and prepare ingredients according to restaurant recipes and quality standards.
Operate and maintain the tandoor oven safely and efficiently.
Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen in accordance with UAE food safety standards.
Monitor inventory and inform management of ingredient requirements.
Work effectively with the kitchen team during busy service hours.
Requirements:
Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an Indian Tandoor Chef.
Experience working in restaurants or hotels in the UAE is preferred.
Strong knowledge of authentic Indian tandoor cooking techniques.
Good understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
