* Proven experience as a *Chocolate Chef, **Chocolatier, or **Chocolate Artisan* in a restaurant, hotel, café, bakery, or chocolate manufacturing environment.
* Strong expertise in:
* Chocolate tempering
* Chocolate molding
* Pralines
* Truffles
* Bonbons
* Ganache preparation
* Chocolate fillings
* Chocolate decorations
* Chocolate showpieces
* Chocolate sculpture (preferred)
* Experience with recipe development and new product innovation.
* Knowledge of couverture chocolate, cocoa butter coloring, and chocolate finishing techniques.
* Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards.
* Excellent attention to detail and artistic presentation skills.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
* Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
* Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts if required.
