About Company:
Teklos Restaurant is a premium Farm-to-Table traditional Kebab's & Grill's restaurant based in Dubai. Teklos has been serving authentic kebabs and grills using high-quality fresh lamb sourced directly from our own farm, ensuring superior taste, freshness, and quality standards.
We are currently looking for an experienced Chef in Charge specializing in kebabs and grills to supervise and manage the entire kitchen operation.
Job Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily kitchen operations and kitchen staff
* Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
* Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times
* Monitor kitchen workflow and operational efficiency
* Take full responsibility for all kitchen-related matters
* Coordinate directly with restaurant management
Requirements:
* Minimum 3–4 years of experience in kebabs and grills
* Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
* Leadership and team management skills
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Immediate joiners preferred
