Chef Required – Cafeteria (Dubai)
We are looking for an experienced Fast Food Chef for our cafeteria in Dubai.
The candidate must be skilled in:
* Fried Chicken (marination, coating & frying)
* Burgers (Classic, Smash, Crispy Chicken, Beef & Chicken Burgers)
* Grilled Chicken
* Shawarma preparation and marination
* French Fries and side dishes
* Sandwiches and wraps
* Sauces made from scratch
* Fast food meal preparation and presentation
* Food cost control and kitchen hygiene
* Working efficiently during busy hours
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a fast-food kitchen
* Ability to manage kitchen operations independently
* Maintain high food quality and consistency
* Team player with a positive attitude
