**Private Family Chef – VIP Villa**
A high-end private villa in Dubai is seeking an experienced Family Chef for a large household with children.
The ideal chef must be flexible, organized, clean, and comfortable working in a busy family home. The role is focused on preparing fresh daily meals for the family and household staff.
**Responsibilities:**
Prepare daily meals for the family
Prepare nutritious, child-friendly meals for children
Cook meals for household staff as required
Prepare late breakfast / brunch, lunch, dinner, snacks, and light evening meals as needed
Check in daily with the employer regarding food preferences, cravings, dietary needs, and menu requests
Plan menus in advance while also being flexible with same-day requests
Prepare healthy meals suitable for pregnancy and family wellness
Grocery shopping and ingredient sourcing
Ensure quality, freshness, cleanliness, and proper food storage
Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organized kitchen while cooking
Follow proper food safety and hygiene practices at all times
Clean as you go and leave the cooking area organized after meal preparation
**Working Hours:**
Monday to Saturday
11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Sunday off
Appropriate meal and rest breaks will be provided during the working day
Candidate must be comfortable with a later household schedule
**Ideal Candidate:**
Experience in VIP homes, private villas, or high-end family households
Comfortable cooking for families and children
Able to prepare healthy, home-style, international, and child-friendly meals
Knowledge of multiple cuisines is preferred
Strong planning and organization skills
Able to ask daily what the family would like to eat and adjust menus accordingly
Very clean, hygienic, and organized in the kitchen
Professional, discreet, reliable, and respectful
Must be comfortable working in a private family environment
**Compensation:**
Salary negotiable, depending on experience
