A private family in Dubai is seeking an experienced, professional, and discreet Private Chef to manage the daily culinary needs of the household.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience working with private families or VIP households, with the ability to deliver high-quality, healthy, and well-balanced meals while maintaining absolute confidentiality, flexibility, and professionalism.
The role requires someone mature, organized, calm, detail-oriented, and capable of adapting to the family’s lifestyle and preferences.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily meals for the family, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and occasional guest meals.
- Plan diverse and balanced menus according to the family’s preferences, dietary requirements, and lifestyle.
- Prepare international cuisine with strong knowledge of healthy and fresh cooking.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organization at all times.
- Manage grocery shopping, ingredient sourcing, and kitchen inventory.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and proper storage of food products.
- Coordinate meal timing efficiently according to the family schedule.
- Be flexible and available for occasional dinners, events, or schedule adjustments.
- Respect the family’s privacy and confidentiality at all times.
- Minimize food waste and contribute to efficient household cost management.
Profile & Requirements
- Previous experience as a Private Chef for a family, VIP household, or luxury environment is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of international cuisine and healthy meal preparation.
- Professional presentation and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexible, trustworthy, discreet, and service-oriented personality.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a calm, respectful, and family-oriented environment.
- Culinary certification or hospitality background is an advantage.
