Looking for an Expert Chocolatier for a well known Bakery in Dubai with an experience not less than 3 years in the same field and able to perform the below duties and responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
Create various pastries and chocolate products, including truffles, pralines, bars, bonbons, and decorative items.
Temper chocolate to achieve the right texture, gloss, and snap.
Develop new pastry and chocolate recipes and customize flavors to meet market trends or customer demands.
Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
Design and decorate chocolates using molds, piping techniques, or artistic designs.
Operate and maintain machinery such as chocolate tempering machines and molds.
Manage stock levels for raw materials, packaging, and finished products.
Minimize waste while optimizing production efficiency.
Familiar with all baking process for pastries.
Maintain the chocolate-making equipment and all ingredients involved in chocolate production to be up to standard, including cleaning and sterilizing the equipment, properly storing the ingredients, and maintaining accurate records of production and ingredient usage.
Must have good knowledge for preparing and making Chocolate and Pastries
