We are seeking a highly skilled, hands-on 5-Star Chef for an exclusive international assignment. we are looking for a culinary artist who is passionate about being behind the stove and personally delivering exceptional, flavorful dishes.
The successful candidate will prepare private meals for a globally renowned dignitary during an upcoming visit to Mombasa, Kenya from 25th April
The Role:
• Focus: Complete "hands-on" preparation of lunch and dinner. You will be responsible for the cooking from start to finish.
• Cuisine: Masterful Middle Eastern dishes with the ability to create sophisticated fusion palettes.
• Palate Requirement: Exceptional skill in delivering deep, rich flavors with zero heat level.
• Duration: 5-7 days (includes arrival 2 days early for kitchen acclimation).
The Ideal Candidate:
• Expertise: A 5-star background with a proven track record of "on-the-line" excellence.
You must be someone who loves the craft of cooking and takes pride in every plate.
• Style: Able to create "soulful" food that prioritizes the purity and quality of ingredients.
