Job Title: Persian Chef (Takeaway Kitchen)
Location: Al Quoz 2, Dubai, UAE
Persian Kitchen Dubai is hiring a skilled Persian Chef.
Key Requirements:
* Expertise in Persian Kebab (Koobideh, Joojeh, Chenjeh) and Rice.
* Mastery of authentic rice preparation (Chelo, Tahdig) and stews (Ghormeh Sabzi, Gheimeh)
* Ability to maintain high-quality, consistent flavors in a fast-paced takeaway environment.
* Thorough knowledge of Dubai Municipality food hygiene standards.
* Authentic stew preparation knowledge.
* 2-4 years of kitchen experience.
* Good Hygiene & Sanitation knowledge.
