* Previous experience working with catering companies in the UAE is **mandatory**.
* Hands-on experience in both Hot Kitchen and Cold Kitchen sections.
* Familiarity with bulk food preparation, catering production, and large-scale food operations.
* Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen procedures.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
