Fit-Out Project Manager

About the Role

Renovation Hub is looking for an experienced Fit-Out Project Manager to oversee residential renovation projects across Dubai. The successful candidate will manage projects from site handover to final completion, ensuring high-quality workmanship, on-time delivery, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage multiple residential fit-out projects simultaneously.
* Plan, organize, and supervise daily site activities.
* Coordinate supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house teams.
* Monitor project schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
* Order and coordinate required materials with the procurement team.
* Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality standards.
* Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and company procedures.
* Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently.
* Attend client meetings and provide regular project updates.
* Verify completed work before submitting payment requests.
* Control project costs and minimize waste.
* Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
* Manage project handover and close-out documentation.

Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in residential fit-out or renovation projects.
* Strong knowledge of civil, gypsum, painting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, flooring, and ceiling works.
* Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate all trades.
* Excellent planning and organizational skills.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of project management software is an advantage.
* Valid UAE Driving Licence (mandatory).
* Fluent English (Arabic is an advantage).

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
* Experience managing villas and apartment renovations in Dubai.
