Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a PU Painter in furniture, interior fit-out, or woodworking industries.
Good knowledge of PU painting techniques, spray equipment, and finishing processes.
Ability to prepare surfaces and mix paint accurately.
Familiarity with various wood finishes, including matte, satin, and high-gloss finishes.
Ability to read and understand work instructions and finish specifications.
Physically fit and able to work in a production or workshop environment.
Experience with MDF, veneer, solid wood, and laminate finishing.
Knowledge of color matching and paint correction techniques.
