We are looking for a responsible Site Foreman / Junior Site Engineer to support and control assigned landscape projects on-site.
This is a field-based position. The main responsibility is daily site coordination, team supervision, and practical project control.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise assigned sites and daily team activities.
• Coordinate site works according to approved drawings and project requirements.
• Read and analyze technical drawings prepared by architects and designers.
• Support the team with basic technical explanations and practical site solutions.
• Check measurements, levels, layouts, materials, and work quality on-site.
• Communicate with engineers, designers, suppliers, and site teams.
• Report site progress, issues, and required actions to management.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and quality standards on-site.
WE OFFER
- New-build staff accommodation: shared room with full facilities, located in Al Rahba, Abu Dhabi.
- Uniform, laundry service, room cleaning, and three meals per day provided.
- 1-week paid trial period.
- 2-year contract and company-sponsored visa after successful completion of the trial.
- Salary: 2000-4000 AED per month
- Full medical insurance.
- ILOE coverage.
- Annual end-of-service gratuity and bonus.
- Unlimited tea, coffee, fresh fruits, and cookies.
REQUIREMENTS
• Engineering background and technical education.
• Basic project coordination / project management skills.
• Practical knowledge of AutoCAD and/or ArchiCAD.
• Ability to read and understand architectural and landscape drawings.
• Strong knowledge of construction, hardscape, irrigation and site execution.
• Strong responsibility, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
