Hiring: Construction Manager
Immediate or short notice availability
Company: Sino Hunan International Engineering and Development Co. Ltd
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and manage ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise project execution from start to completion
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and local regulations
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines
• Review drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation
• Report project status and resolve site-related issues
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in construction industry
• Proven experience in managing high-rise / large-scale projects
• Strong site management and leadership skills
• UAE/GCC experience preferred
• Immediate or short notice availability
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with international contractors
• Proficiency in project management and construction software
• Strong communication and coordination skills
