Coordinate project activities among consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of project objectives.
•
Handle documentation including submittals, logs, drawing reviews, progress payment processing, and coordination with authorities for obtaining applicable NOCs and permits.
•
Support tender management for main contractors, design consultants, and material suppliers, including quality audits and documentation.
•
Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures, inspection plans, and quality control systems in line with project specifications, approved drawings, and applicable standards and codes.
•
Review and verify method statements, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and material submittals to ensure full compliance with project and design requirements.
•
Conduct inspections and quality checks for site activities, monitoring construction execution and workmanship.
•
Monitor and verify material and field tests
•
Review shop drawings and coordinate with design and site teams to resolve technical discrepancies and ensure constructability.
•
Review as-built drawings and assist in preparing technical documentation for project handover.
•
Identify and record non-conformances (NCRs), issue site observations, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions to ensure timely resolution.
•
Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, and third-party testing agencies for inspections, testing, and technical approvals.
•
Conduct internal audits, surveillance inspections, and periodic site walkthroughs to ensure compliance with QA/QC and safety standards.
•
Participate in coordination and technical meetings to address design, construction, and quality issues and propose corrective solutions.
•
Support implementation of the project’s Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance with Authority requirements.
•
Provide technical support to site teams to resolve field issues and ensure adherence to project specifications and drawings.
•
Assist in project closeout activities, including verification of test results, preparation of final QA/QC dossiers, and completion of handover documentation.
•
