Key Responsibilities:
1. Masonry & Civil Work
Block work (small walls, extensions, repairs)
Plastering (internal & external)
Tile fixing (floor + wall tiles)
Grouting and re-grouting
Concrete patch repair
2. Finishing & Repair Jobs
Bathroom/kitchen tile repairs
Waterproofing support work (surface prep, screed)
Small civil modifications (cutting, chasing, patching)
3. Site Execution
Read basic drawings / instructions
Take measurements at site
Ensure proper leveling, alignment, finishing
4. Support to Other Works
Assist in:
Plumbing access (breaking & closing walls)
Electrical chasing
AC drain line work (civil side)
Skills Required:
Strong experience in tiling + plastering (very important)
Knowledge of cement mix ratios
Ability to handle hand tools & cutting machines
Basic understanding of waterproofing preparation
Multi-skill (carpentry/basic plumbing) = BIG advantage
Experience:
3–6 years UAE or GCC experience preferred
Experience in maintenance company
