We are a general building maintenance company seeking an experienced professional to estimate, coordinate, and supervise maintenance and construction work.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience estimating materials and labor costs accurately
- Experience coordinating and supervising on-site work
- Knowledge of electrical work and plumbing
- Hands-on knowledge of wall installation, plastering, flooring, ceilings, and kitchens
