SITE SUPERVISOR – VILLA INTERIOR FIT-OUT
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-time
Project: Luxury Villa Interior Fit-Out
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day execution of a villa interior fit-out project in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in interior fit-out, villa renovation, finishing works, and subcontractor coordination, with the ability to ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for the villa interior fit-out.
* Manage and coordinate subcontractors, workers, suppliers, and site deliveries.
* Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
* Monitor workmanship and maintain high-quality finishing standards.
* Coordinate activities including civil works, partitions, ceilings, flooring, painting, carpentry, joinery, kitchens, wardrobes, MEP, lighting, and other interior finishes.
* Check dimensions, levels, materials, and installation quality on site.
* Coordinate with the project manager, designers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve site issues.
* Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to the agreed schedule.
* Identify site problems, delays, material shortages, and coordination issues and report them promptly.
* Ensure materials delivered to site are correct and meet the required specifications.
* Maintain proper site organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
* Conduct regular inspections and prepare progress updates when required.
* Ensure proper sequencing and coordination between different trades.
* Follow Dubai/UAE site safety requirements and company procedures.
* Minimize rework by identifying quality and coordination issues before installation.
Requirements
* 2 to 3 years of relevant experience as a Site Supervisor / Site Foreman in interior fit-out or villa projects.
* Proven experience with villa interiors, luxury residential fit-outs, or high-end finishing works.
* Good knowledge of interior construction methods, materials, and finishing details.
* Ability to read and understand architectural, interior design, and MEP drawings.
* Strong knowledge of site coordination and subcontractor management.
* Good communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and take responsibility for site activities.
* UAE/Dubai site experience is preferred.
* Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
