🚧 WE ARE HIRING – EQUIPMENT & FLEET SUPERVISOR

Position: Equipment & Fleet Supervisor
Industry: Construction / Heavy Equipment
Location: Dubai, UAE.

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Equipment & Fleet Supervisor to manage and maintain the company’s construction equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and monitor all construction equipment and machinery.
* Maintain proper records of equipment, operating hours, movements and utilization.
* Coordinate equipment deployment between construction sites.
* Monitor preventive maintenance and repair schedules.
* Coordinate with mechanics, workshops and spare-parts suppliers.
* Ensure equipment is in safe and proper working condition.
* Monitor fuel consumption and identify excessive usage or wastage.
* Inspect equipment regularly and report defects or breakdowns.
* Coordinate transportation/mobilization of equipment to and from sites.
* Maintain equipment documents, registration, insurance and inspection records.
* Minimize equipment downtime and control maintenance costs.
* Prepare regular equipment status and utilization reports.
* Ensure operators follow proper equipment operating and safety procedures.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in construction equipment/fleet management.
* Good knowledge of heavy construction machinery and equipment.
* Experience with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
* Good organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to coordinate with site teams, operators and mechanics.
* UAE driving license is preferred.
* UAE construction industry experience will be an advantage.
