We are a leading Interior Fit-Out company based in Dubai, specializing in high-end residential and commercial projects. We are currently seeking a skilled MEP Draftsman to join our technical team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in preparing detailed shop drawings and as-built drawings specifically for interior fit-out environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed MEP Shop Drawings and As-Built Drawings (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting) using AutoCAD and Revit.
Coordinate MEP services with architectural finishes, ceilings (GFB/FG), and joinery details to ensure zero clashes on site.
Develop Composite Services Drawings and RCP (Reflected Ceiling Plans) showing light fixtures, AC grilles, sprinklers, and smoke detectors.
Attend site surveys to verify dimensions and ensure drawings reflect actual site conditions.
Liaise with Project Engineers and Site Supervisors to resolve design discrepancies.
Ensure all drawings comply with Dubai Civil Defense (DCD) , DEWA, and Municipality regulations.
