HOUSEKEEPER/ HOUSE MANAGER
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in a private household / HNWI residence
Nationality: Indian
Gender: Male ( age between 35 to 45 )
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, professional, and well-presented Housekeeper to work for a High Net Worth Individual and family in a private residence in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in VIP/HNWI private households in Dubai or the UAE, with excellent standards of cleanliness, organization, discretion, and personal service.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain the residence to an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
* Ensure guest rooms are prepared to a five-star standard before and during guest visits.
* Assist with serving meals, tea, coffee, and refreshments when required.
* Support the family during private events, dinners, and gatherings.
* Maintain high standards of hygiene and organization throughout the residence.
* Monitor household supplies and order and when items need to be replenished.
* Coordinate professionally with other household staff.
* Follow instructions from the family representatives.
* Handle household items, furniture, artwork, and valuable belongings with care.
* Maintain complete confidentiality and discretion regarding the family and their personal affairs.
Candidate Requirements
* Indian nationality.
* Previous experience working for an HNWI/UHNWI, VIP family, luxury residence, or private household is essential.
* Previous Dubai/UAE experience is strongly preferred.
* Minimum 3–5 years of relevant housekeeping experience.
* Excellent knowledge of high-end housekeeping standards
* Good knowledge of luxury materials
* Well-groomed, polite, respectful, and service-oriented
* Good communication skills in English and Hindi
* Must be trustworthy, discreet, reliable, and hardworking
* Ability to work independently and as part of a household team.
* Flexible with working hours when required.
* Ability to handle a fast-paced private household environment professionally.
Preferred Qualities
* Previous experience with VIP/HNWI families in Dubai.
* Knowledge of five-star hotel housekeeping standards.
* Experience handling luxury clothing, fine fabrics, and delicate household items.
* Good understanding of formal service and guest etiquette.
* Positive attitude and willingness to follow household protocols.
* Long-term commitment to the position.
What We Offer
Salary Aed 5000 monthly,
