We're Hiring: Cleaning Team Leader in (Dubai)
We are a new commercial cleaning company launching in Dubai, starting with recurring office cleaning contracts across Business Bay, DIFC, and JLT. We're looking for our first Cleaning Team Leader to help us build a reliable, professional operation from day one.
The Role
As Team Leader, you'll be the face of our company at client sites responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality cleaning while managing day-to-day coordination of the team on the ground. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll clean alongside the team while also owning quality control, scheduling on-site, and being the first point of contact for office clients.
What You'll Do
Lead and coordinate a small commercial cleaning team across multiple office sites
Ensure cleaning standards are consistently met at every visit
Act as the main point of contact for client offices during service
Manage supplies, equipment, and basic stock tracking
Report issues, feedback, and site updates back to management
Represent us professionally in front of clients, this is a client-facing role
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in commercial cleaning (offices, not just residential)
Experience supervising or leading a small team strongly preferred
Must currently reside in the UAE and hold valid residency status
Comfortable being client-facing — professional, well-presented, and able to represent the company confidently in front of office clients
Physically able to perform cleaning duties as well as lead a team
Good spoken English (Arabic or Tagalog a plus, not required)
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy you'll often be the only representative on-site
