Main Responsibilities
Check and record her blood pressure and other basic vital signs.
Give her prescribed medication at the correct times.
Serve her meals, snacks and drinks on schedule.
Make sure she drinks enough water.
Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting and personal hygiene.
Help clean and change her whenever necessary.
Keep her bedroom, bathroom and personal area clean and organised.
Assist her with walking, standing, sitting and general movement.
Provide companionship and remain attentive to her needs.
Inform the family immediately about any unusual symptoms or changes in her condition.
Assist during the night when reasonably required.
Follow the family’s instructions and maintain her daily routine.
Requirements
Previous experience caring for an elderly person is preferred.
Basic knowledge of checking blood pressure and vital signs.
Ability to follow a medication schedule accurately.
Patient, gentle, clean, organised and responsible.

Work Structure and Salary
The salary will depend on the working arrangement selected:
Permanent Live-In Caregiver:
A caregiver who is willing to live in the family home permanently and provide full-time care will receive the maximum salary offered for this position.
Alternating 24-Hour Shifts:
Alternatively, we may hire two caregivers who will work on alternating days. Each caregiver will complete a 24-hour shift before handing over to the other caregiver.
The final salary will be discussed based on the selected arrangement, the candidate’s experience, qualifications and level of responsibility.
