Cleaning Duties
Clean corridors, staircases, entrances, parking areas, and common spaces daily.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all designated areas.
Clean and sanitize shared kitchens, washrooms, and laundry areas.
Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
Clean windows, doors, handrails, and other building fixtures.
Ensure the building remains clean and presentable at all times.
Building Support
Report plumbing, electrical, AC, or maintenance issues to management.
Monitor cleanliness and proper use of common areas.
Assist with room inspections during tenant move-in and move-out.
Help maintain building supplies such as cleaning materials and consumables.
Health & Safety
Follow all health and safety procedures.
Ensure cleaning chemicals are used and stored safely.
Report any safety hazards immediately.
