Job description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Specialized Cleaning Supervisor to oversee and manage advanced cleaning operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in water tank cleaning, kitchen exhaust cleaning, AC duct cleaning, carpet cleaning, and marble polishing, along with strong team management and operational coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage specialized cleaning teams across multiple sites.
Plan, schedule, and execute cleaning projects including:
Water tank cleaning and disinfection
Kitchen exhaust/duct cleaning (grease removal)
AC duct cleaning and sanitization
Carpet cleaning (deep cleaning, shampooing)
Marble polishing and restoration
Ensure all services are delivered as per company standards and client requirements.
Conduct site inspections before and after service to ensure quality and safety compliance.
Train and guide cleaning staff on proper techniques, equipment usage, and safety procedures.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and municipality regulations.
Coordinate with operations and clients for job planning, approvals, and feedback.
Maintain records of work completed, materials used, and team performance.
Handle client concerns professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Monitor and manage cleaning equipment, chemicals, and inventory.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor in specialized cleaning services (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of water tank cleaning, kitchen exhaust systems, AC ducts, carpet care, and marble polishing.
Familiarity with UAE health and safety regulations and standards.
Ability to manage teams and handle multiple sites/projects.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Basic knowledge of reporting and documentation.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
