Key Responsibilities:
Drive company vehicles safely to transport cleaning personnel, equipment, tools, and materials between various project sites.
Supervise and guide cleaning teams to ensure all assigned duties are completed effectively and according to company quality standards.
Organize daily work activities, distribute tasks among team members, and monitor overall performance.
Keep track of cleaning materials and machinery, and promptly report shortages, defects, or servicing needs.
Communicate courteously with clients, address their concerns, and support positive working relationships.
Ensure staff follow workplace safety procedures, cleanliness requirements, and company regulations at all project locations.
Candidate Requirements:
Must hold a valid UAE Manual Driving License and maintain a good driving record.
Previous experience in cleaning operations, facilities management, or staff supervision is an added advantage.
Good communication, planning, coordination, and team leadership skills are essential.
Ability to manage site activities, handle routine operational issues, and support the team whenever required.
Willingness and physical ability to assist with cleaning duties when necessary.
Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.
