Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-Time
Basic Salary: AED 1,100 – 1,200 per month

About the Role:
We are a Real Estate and Property Management Company managing residential villas and apartments across Dubai. We are looking for a hardworking, reliable, and responsible General Helper / Janitor to join our Cleaning, Facilities & Property Maintenance Team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for general cleaning, janitorial services, and maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness across our managed villas, apartments, and other assigned residential properties.
This role involves traveling to different properties across Dubai, following cleaning schedules, supporting daily facilities operations, and ensuring that all assigned areas are clean, presentable, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general cleaning and janitorial duties in villas, apartments, and managed residential properties.
• Clean floors, bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living rooms, and other assigned areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust furniture, wipe surfaces, and clean windows as required.
• Maintain cleanliness in entrances, corridors, staircases, and common areas where applicable.
• Collect and dispose of waste properly and maintain hygienic surroundings.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic upkeep of assigned facilities.
• Use cleaning materials, tools, and equipment safely and correctly.
• Follow cleaning schedules, hygiene standards, and supervisor instructions.
• Assist the property maintenance team with general support duties when required.
• Report maintenance issues, property damage, and cleaning supply shortages to the supervisor.
• Travel to different villas and apartments across Dubai according to assigned work schedules.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial services, housekeeping, or general helper work is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Physically fit and capable of performing daily cleaning duties.
• Hardworking, punctual, honest, and responsible.
• Able to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Willing to work at different residential properties across Dubai.
• Good attention to detail and a positive attitude toward maintaining clean and organized facilities.
