FaceFact Facial Bar is looking for an experienced and motivated Salon Manager to oversee daily front-desk and salon operations. We are looking for someone who is organized, confident with clients, sales-focused, and comfortable managing both the operational and marketing side of the salon.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Manage appointments, walk-ins, and client scheduling
2. Use and manage the Fresha booking system
3. Handle client follow-ups, reminders, and rebooking
4. Manage inventory and stock levels
5. Prepare daily cash, card, and sales reports
6. Support promotions, offers, and salon marketing
7. Manage social media content and customer engagement
8. Promote and sell facial services and packages
9. Provide excellent customer service
10. Support the salon team and help maintain smooth daily operations
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a salon, spa, beauty center, or similar business
2. Must have experience using Fresha
3. Strong customer-service and sales skills
4. Experience with inventory and cash reporting
5. Good knowledge of social media and marketing
6. Comfortable creating or supporting Instagram, TikTok, and other salon content
7. Organized, professional, and able to multitask
8. Must currently be available in Dubai to start ASP
** Beauticians and social media marketing are also welcome to apply if they have strong experience with salon operations
Salary: AED 4,500 per month
