Salon Manager
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Salon Manager to lead and support our team.
Requirements:
-Strong leadership and team management skills.
-Ability to motivate employees and create a positive working environment.
-Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills with both staff and clients.
-Ability to quickly understand situations, think logically and make effective decisions.
-Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase team performance and customer satisfaction.
-Professional, organized and able to work under pressure.
-Previous management experience is required.
-Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
