Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and professional Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury spa environments, delivering exceptional treatments while ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction and comfort.
Job Description:
Perform a variety of massage therapies and body treatments in line with company standards
Assess clients’ needs and recommend appropriate treatments
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms in compliance with health and safety regulations
Ensure a relaxing and professional experience for all clients
Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
Promote spa services and retail products when appropriate
Follow all operational procedures and standards of a high-end spa environment
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Massage Therapist in 4-star or 5-star hotels or luxury spas
Strong knowledge of various massage techniques (e.g., Swedish, Deep Tissue, Relaxation, Ayurvedic, etc.)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Well-groomed, professional appearance
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification from KHDA (Knowledge and Human Development Authority)
License or eligibility from DHA (Dubai Health Authority)
Additional spa or wellness certifications
