Job Title: Spa Therapist
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Job Summary
We are looking for a professional, friendly, and skilled Spa Therapist to join our spa team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be passionate about wellness, beauty, and customer service, with the ability to provide high-quality spa treatments and create a relaxing, luxurious experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities
Perform a variety of spa treatments, including body massages, facials, body scrubs, body wraps, and other wellness treatments.

Conduct guest consultations to understand their needs, preferences, and any treatment concerns.

Recommend suitable treatments, products, and spa packages based on guest requirements.

Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation in treatment rooms and spa facilities.

Ensure all equipment, linens, and treatment products are properly prepared before and after each service.

Deliver excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.

Promote spa treatments, packages, and retail products to achieve sales targets.

Follow spa procedures, health and safety guidelines, and professional treatment standards.

Maintain guest confidentiality and a professional appearance at all times.

Work closely with the spa team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications and Requirements
Previous experience as a Spa Therapist, Massage Therapist, or Beauty Therapist is preferred.

Relevant certification or diploma in spa therapy, massage therapy, or beauty therapy.

Knowledge of various massage techniques and spa treatments.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.

Professional appearance, personal hygiene, and attention to detail.

Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

English communication skills are required; additional languages are an advantage.

Candidates with UAE experience or experience in luxury hotels and spas will have an advantage.
